About Us

EarthWise Pet & Groombar Matthews are locally owned & operated by Ben and Megan Cornwell. Our 3 pups & 2 cats inspired us to become Certified Pet Dietitians, studying canine and feline nutrition from top integrative veterinary professionals and nutrition experts. We are passionate about working with families to increase the wellbeing of all fur babies, helping them live long and healthy lives. Nutrition consultations are always free and unbiased and our staff is always willing to discuss options for those with budget concerns, common medical issues, and special dietary needs. We also offer exclusive deals and frequent buyer programs through our Astro Rewards program. Our commitment to excellence is what sets us apart from our competition. We have hand-selected every product in our store, aiming to educate and inspire pet lovers to enhance their pet's nutrition. All of our incredible groomers are AKC S.A.F.E. Certified, Fear Free Certified, and CPR & First Aid Certified for Dogs & Cats.

Certified Pet Dietitian & Pet Nutrition Specialists

All staff are encouraged to participate in our Pet Nutrition Specialist certification and a Certified Pet Dietitian will always be available in our store. The Certified Pet Dietitian certification is an advanced training program that educates learners on advanced canine and feline nutrition.  Program participants must complete hundreds of hours worth of coursework, readings, case studies, and examinations.
